Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to matches and challenges on the Sports Ladder platform, operated by Citadel Sports Private Limited.

1. Cancelling a Challenge / Match

Once a challenge is issued and paid for, and accepted by the opponent, both parties are expected to play. If you need to cancel an arranged match:

• You may flag the match to the admin to request a reschedule.
• Rescheduling is granted at the admin's discretion based on the circumstances.
• Cancelling a match does not entitle you to a refund of the challenge fee (see our Refund Policy).

2. Opponent No-Show

If your opponent does not appear for the agreed match, the match is resolved under Platform rules, which may result in the no-showing party losing ranking position. No refund of the challenge fee applies.

3. Cancellation by Sports Ladder

If we cancel a match or event for reasons attributable to us (such as a technical failure on the Platform), you may be eligible for a refund of the relevant challenge fee as described in our Refund Policy.
