• Payment information: when you pay challenge fees, your payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay. We may retain a record that a payment was made (such as a transaction reference, amount, and status).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• create and manage your account and player profile;
• operate the ladder system, challenges, rankings, and competitions;
• process challenge fee payments via Razorpay;
• communicate with you about your account, matches, and Platform updates;
• improve and maintain the Platform; and

4. Sharing of Information

• Your username, team name, city/district, sport, and ranking are publicly visible on ladders as part of the core function of the Platform.
• We share payment information with Razorpay solely to process your transactions.
• We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under their own security standards. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform may be used by players under the age of 18 only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent, guardian, or team captain who is 18 or older. Any payments must be made by an adult (18+). We do not knowingly collect payment information directly from minors.
